Lili was honored to have been nominated for the 2018 PEW Center for Arts and Heritage Fellowship. The Pew Center for Arts & Heritage (the Center) is a multidisciplinary grantmaker and hub for knowledge-sharing, dedicated to fostering a vibrant cultural community in Greater Philadelphia. The Center invests in ambitious, imaginative, and catalytic work that showcases the region's cultural vitality and enhances public life, and engages in an ongoing exchange of ideas concerning artistic and interpretive practice with a broad network of cultural practitioners and leaders. Being noticed by the Pew Center was a nice surprise as it is limited to only the very best artists in the performing arts.

Last night Lili & the Band were part of a triple bill with the Deb Callahan Band and Curtis Cooper. Another incredible sold out show this past weekend with standing room only! This was the first time Lili and the Band performed at the Rittenhouse Soundworks in the Germantown section of Philadelphia and it turned out to be a very amazing night. The crowd was very energetic and receptive. The space with it's beautiful high wooden ceiling, sky lights and state of the art sound system gave the audience the best listening experience possible. Lili, Dale, Jeff and Jonathan had a blast performing and could not have asked for a better room to give the fans their all.
ELECTRIC SOLD OUT SHOW!
March 17, 2018
Last night Lili & the Band: Dale Melton, Jeff Blount and Jonathan Whitney performed an exciting, electric sold out SRO show at Perkins Center For The Arts in Moorestown, NJ. After 25 years the very elite DeCafe Concert Series came to an end. Lili was honered to be the last artist to perform at one of the most sought after intimate performance venues. Coffee, food and an excellent performance space provided an upclose and personal night where fans were able to meet Lili and the Band in between sets and after the show. Most artists are rarely asked to return as the series only provided 8 shows a year. This however was Lili's third time and without a doubt the best!
